Good people, professional, and good price

I don't think anyone will find a more honest shop. Never try to upset, although they do make recommendations. My honest opinion...the best yet affordable.

I took my vehicle in to Lube Experts NW because I was hearing alot of what I thought was road noise. It turns out the steering knuckle was bad and needed replaced. Salvador and his team helped me advert disaster. Earlier this month I took my vehicle in to get detailed. They did an awesome job cleaning it. It ended up cleaner than when I bought it. Lube Experts NW are my #1 go to for everything auto repair and maintance.

Pedro is fast friendly service. The car was full of mold and mildew and we are VERY impressed at what he was able to do. Delivered the vehicle to our place of work for the personal touch. We will use their service again.

I can't throw enough great adjectives about this shop, the owner especially and his number 2, Love this shop!!! Let me share my experience, I remember when they first opened, and I was one of the first few hundred customers I think, anyhow over time with all the service for my wife's Subaru Legacy, and first my old beat 1998 Silverado, and now I own a bigger 2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT 4x4. This was the truck that cost and when I spent the most time at the shop and the most cash I spent too, but let me provide some context. You see we, the mechanic, shop owner and I were facing what we all thought was a costly but necessary replacement of the knock sensors (the shop owner and the mechanic will now know who I am and the truck, because it was not that straight forward at all, it should have been. However GMC chose to mount them under the intake manifold, and so this added to the cost, but began a frustrating issue. Why? after the first time they replaced them the code still popped up again. The owner was awesome and his ace mechanic was very good and knowledgeable, yet as frustrating as it surely was for them I was also frustrated and looking at the work being repeated, but they were awesome and again they worked with me on cost, but after a new harness and such again for the third and fourth time, I was not happy, they were exhausted with the whole thing and they were so kind not to get frustrated with me, asking them why they could not solve it. They replaced, and replaced again and tried everything that was possible. I told them I was going to cross the country and although at the time the issue was not resolved. It turned out I had to make a modification that solved the issue and I was able to pulled a 27 foot travel trailer to NH and the truck is running strong. But I will be headed back to Oregon this month pulling a U-Haul trailer, when I get there I will definitely stop in, get an oil change and share my travel with my friends and trusted mechanics at "Lube Expert NW" best shop I have ever used and I am not the normal or typical customer, but with me as a customer, they will always get a laugh and as usual get my business every time! Highest quality service in the area

Horacio got me in on a Saturday to take a look at my car. They gave it a tune-up and so far I'm very happy with their work.

Absolutely the best oil change in Albany. Great attention to detail and no bogus attempts to upsell. Last time I had one of the cars in, he discovered a split in the tire that would have been catastrophic to find out about at highway speeds. I was able to take care of it and avoid the danger. He also fixed an oil pan leak on the Z3 and even replaced a missing screw on the belly pan of the Elise. Update October 4 2022: had an oil pan leak in one of the BMWs and a Sequoia and they fixed both for less than half of what their respective Dealerships wanted. Update 5-26-23: still the best in the business. Great service and now with detailing and full mechanic service. (Oil leaks are still fixed, no drips!)

Had them replace my power steering pump. They didn’t put any fluid in and didn’t even connect the hoses and even tried telling me my belt was broken along with my pulley which I brought it to another mechanic and said that was all false. I don’t recommend going to this place instead go to chucks auto better price and service!

Great place great price there was a full Disney +for my daughter to watch some thing to while waiting and very comfortable waiting room also and I was given great service from a very nice man any single moms on a budget or just looking for a great price for oil change in Eugene Oregon you should definitely come here and more is also done if it is needed just ask

I trust Salvador and his team with my business vehicles, personal car and kids cars. I know they will tell me what needs to be done to keep the vehicles safe while taking care of my vehicles for a fair price. They are my first stop for maintence and issues.

I had my wiper blades break after the winter storm. I walked in randomly to see if the shop would be able to schedule me in. Without hesitation the team had my car pulled into the shop and was asking me if needed anything to drink. The services is amazing! A big thank you to Salvador and his team I can see now :)

Lube Experts NW went above and beyond for us yesterday. My BF's serpentine belt came off on his way to my house. I called and spoke to Sal to see if this was something they could fix. Within an hour, they were at my house with a new belt and had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. I can't express how much we appreciate Sal and his team. They saved us both money and the hassle of getting it to a shop. Thank you!

Lube Experts NW has excellent customer service, a nice waiting room with coffee, and its great to support small business. You also don't deal with the upselling like all the other oil change places out there. I highly recommend Horacio and his team!

My Bronco Sport’s oil change message popped up and I panicked! I called Lube Experts NW and Salvador told me to come in anytime. The price point for the oil change, checking fluid levels and my brakes, new air filters and windshield wipers was right in my budget sweet spot. Plus, Horacio and Miguel gave great customer service. I would recommend Lube Experts NW to anyone needing automotive service.

Took my car in for a brake job because of a squeaking scratching sound, and instead of taking my money and doing new pads anyways, they informed me that the pads were just fine and it was just a pebble in the rotor. Honest guys, will be coming to them for more maintenence in the future!

Clean, neat with friendly attendants. Got the job done including a new cabin air filter in a reasonable time. Call to make an appointment. They seem to have a lot of customers! I got in early before the rush! I'll visit them again in a couple of months.

I Salvador and his crew are awesome. I started coming here when Salvador opened the shop in Albany. And I have had multiple vehicles serviced by his team. They are not just the very best oil change in Albany, however they can do all services outside of tires wheels and alignments. But any other services they can perform. The best is he is fair and willing to only do necessary repairs, he is not out to rip anyone off. Like most good business men, he wants you as a long term customer..

Great guys! My first time there we had a small issue with my oil change - accidents happen. Salvador took my concerns very seriously and more than made up for the issue. They have earned my future business. When talking with them you can tell that they value being a part of the community and want to take care of their customers. I have used them several times since and have had perfect work and top notch customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. This is where I will be going from now on.

Salvador and Horacio are the absolute best! I live around the corner from the shop. My car wouldn't start one day, so I called Lube Experts NW 30 min before closing for any suggestions on what it could be. Sal walked over to my place and checked it out right there and then in my driveway. He got the car to start, we drove it over to the shop and they worked on it immediately. It was ready the next morning! He explained everything so thoroughly, any issues and concerns. I can't even express how grateful I am! These guys are so helpful, honest and Sal has the biggest heart! Plus BEST PART - Sal's doggo is there to greet you with cuddles and kisses ❤️ Thank you Sal!

Salvador and staff are just amazing! They did a great job changing my oils and letting me know 1 of my tires were completely showing metal really badly, which I change the very next day. I'm thankful they let me know because I could've gotten into a very bad situation. The man who was cleaning my windows, as it was raining outside, was meticulous in making sure my window was clean and even came back twice lol. Very please with the service and friendships! Mahalo Sal!!

They were very nice, however they massively over tightened both my oil pan bolt (over 100lbs) and my oil filter. We had to use pliers and a breaker bar to get the filter off. They also did not completely top off my fluids. Nice guys, but the same problems as at other oil change places.

Great Service. In and out for an oil change. Took care of me. Not pushing stuff on you. Took care of my Tahoe like they owned. Will be back when I need there services again. Great job Guys.
